
Our group fitness classes are a fun and effective way to get in shape. This class includes cardio, strength, plyometrics and fun! Our experienced instructors will motivate and challenge you to push yourself to the next level.
Knox bootcamp is a 6-week fitness class hosted by Vi, Your Neighbourhood Gym. The class will be held at the base of Knox mountain in the park (close to the tennis courts). We will take you through a 60min bootcamp/circuit style workout, guaranteed to get your heart pumping! Strength training meets the sunshine in this can't miss Kelowna summer fitness class.
